When I came I was a mess. I didn't settle straight away and was under weight. The staff helped me. I am now on the right medication. Everything is now better.

The staff are always friendly when I visit my husband. He always looks clean and tidy when I visit. I especially like it when they take my husband out for a walk when the weather is nice. The staff are always understanding of my husband, as he can be a stubborn person.

The manager was friendly. My mother seems to be cared for adequately. Some residents seem to need more attention and I had to find a care nurse to deal with a quiet-voiced, elderly woman who wanted a staff member, she had no way to buzz for assistance as she was stuck, chair-bound in the front...

Qualified with the Level 5 Managers Award, Rachel is proud to be able to care for people with complex care needs and those who may have experienced failed placements elsewhere. Rachel prides herself in being an active listener and emotionally present with all of her residents and team.
