My friend Jack has been a resident for a while now and all of the staff members are great with him. I've met Matt today who was especially really good with Jack. Since jacks been with you guys he goes out a lot more on day trips and to the shops etc which I think is great for Jack. Thanks to everyone for all of their help.

Overall Experience

Good morning, my niece is being cared for at Harewood, she needs medical care as well as social care and I am very happy with the care provided. My niece is not a good mixer, but she has warmed to most of the staff now due to their attention to her, the manager and staff are always willing to meet with me and discuss any issues arising and due to their care her medical issues are improving weekly, it is also a very accessible place to visit.
