Has a family atmosphere and the staff are very helpful at all times. We, as a family, are very happy that my wife is well looked after and is safe at all times.

Excellent care home with very welcoming and supportive staff - both to residents and family. A "home from home", which is exactly what we were looking for.

My mum is a resident at Sunningdale Care Home, having moved in during Summer 2019. Whilst this is something I never would have wanted, I have to say the management and all of the staff provide the best care for her and all of the residents. The care they provide also extends to our whole family, they
always do their best for us, particularly during this whole Covid-19 period. In a difficult period, the staff at Sunningdale Care Home have been outstanding, keeping my mum and everyone safe and well. I one hundred per cent believe my mum could not be in a better place and fully recommend Sunningdale Care Home as a caring and thoughtful place for her to live.

Thank you for your lovely feedback; the staff work tirelessly, and I will ensure that they are aware of this review. It is a pleasure to have your mum with us; she is a beautiful lady. We hope that you have been enjoying your visits, and we look forward to being able to welcome you for tea, cake and a game of bingo as soon as we are allowed!

I cannot recommend Sunningdale enough. We had to transfer my mother in law from one county to another and the manager moved heaven and earth to help me do so. The staff went above and beyond their care and needs to support my mother in law and visited her before and after shifts. They took turns looking
after her pet when they were off shift and always made sure she was comfortable and cared for. My mother in law had cancer and only lived for and was cared for at Sunningdale for seven months but Sunningdale made sure those seven months went as well as they could do and all showed so much care and passion in looking after my mother in law and the other resistents at the home.
When we had the funeral most of the staff that were off duty attended the funeral and stood outside the nursing home when her coffin went past. If I ever have to use or recommend a nursing home again, Sunningdale would be the only one I would choose.

We, as a family of my late mother, could not fault how mum was treated in the 12 months she was resident at Sunningdale. A big thank you to all the staff for everything they did for mum.

We found this home after weeks of searching for a local home where my aunt could visit my Gran, everyone was so welcoming, we were shown around and despite no vacancies at the time, one became available, we got to choose colour scheme, my gran loves pink, she when she arrived at the home she was so
happy, she has made lots of friends with the care team. Nothing is too much trouble, the meals are fantastic and we were offered a drink and biscuits too.
The home has a lovely chatty activities lady who is welcoming and often spends time looking for things for my gran to do, encouraging her to make cards, craft items or just to do a puzzle.
Being involved with the care plan was taxing as we hadn't done this before but when explained fully by the Manager, it was written just for my Gran. It contained details of likes and dislikes.
Thank you to all the staff at Sunningdale for making such a fuss so my gran settled in and loves having company at the touch of a buzzer.
Keep up the good work x
