There were a handful of staff which were brilliant but let down by the majority. Management were weak, vastly unpleasant and not suitable for post. Nursing was hit and miss the same can be said for the care. Far to reliant on agency staff. In some instances archaic and unhelpful views and practices. In some instances it seemed to run for the convenience of staff rather than service uses. The home is wrapped like a beautiful present but the present lacks lustre.

My father has been place initially for respite care for a few weeks with a view to full time once we have sorted out finances etc. The staff have all been excellent with my father and his is very pleased.
