Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
During Mum's stay the care and attention she received was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were brilliant.
The family were made very welcome whenever we visited, Dad enjoyed eating a few meals with Mum and spending lots of time with her.
When it became apparent that her stay
was going to be shorter than we hoped the staff did everything they could to ensure that she was comfortable and pain-free. We are all so happy and grateful that Mum managed to spend her last days here, surrounded by her family and the simply wonderful staff at Thornhill House.
Thank you.
