My wife was only in the home for just under 3 weeks. She was treated by some excellent staff who had obviously been well-trained. Management 1st class too, likewise other members, chef, etc. Recommend.

I would not hesitate to recommend this care home not only for the respectful, loving, dignified care they all give to my mum, but also the understanding and practical help they give me with my anxiety and need to deal with 3rd parties, ie, social services.

Mum is happy and settled at Roman Wharf. All the staff are caring, cheerful and helpful and they genuinely seem to enjoy working with the residents. Mum's room is bright and cheerful.

My Mum has been here since last year and between us both have not got a bad thing to say about it. All The staff are absolutely amazing always cheerful, caring, helpful they are all lovely, the carers the house keepers, management, kitchen staff , activities ( I'm sorry if I've missed any of you out)
I feel so much better that I know my mum is being taken care of, i can now sleep better at nights.

When I first arrived with mum from hospital for respite period, I was distraught, the manager soon put me at ease and I have an amazing relationship with her and the deputy manager, mum has had the best care here, all staff are attentive treat with dignity and respect at all times, and speak on a good
level. I cannot thank everyone enough here, mum is well cared for and safe. I would highly recommend.

Cannot fault the level of care and attention given to my mum. She never wanted to go into a home but she has settled in nicely and is happy. For that, we have the amazing and friendly staff together with the management team who are so approachable and open.

My dad feels safe and very well cared for. All of his needs are met and he is always treated with kindness and dignity. The staff all appear to know him well and attend to his needs. Visitors are always welcomed and family are kept well informed about his condition and care.

My Grandad has been in this home for a few months now. It is a brilliant home, he is very happy and settled here and the staff are lovely and friendly. It is always clean and welcoming when we visit and the residents all seem happy and well cared for.

Our experience of Roman Wharf Care Home is very good. The care from all the staff, whatever their status in the home, is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything is always clean no matter what time of the day I visit. They have a menu choice for every meal so that's a bonus. The ethos
of Roman Wharf is that it is the residents' home and the staff just work here.

My aunty was very well looked after. The rooms are nice. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Always had a friendly welcome. The food is good, good entertainment, no smell. Would definitely recommend Roman Wharf.

I requested a taxi to be organized to transport my mother home and the care home manager told me it would be done and agreed the timing. Carers were waiting for her return but she never turned up. My father called and they claimed they knew nothing about the plans, no apologies or support was offered.
We have incurred costs and wasted time of other professionals due to the lack of professionalism at the home.

Just in the process of finding a care home for my Mum, not an easy or pleasant thing to be doing. Visited Roman Wharf yesterday (no appointment necessary). Had over an hour there with the Manager, couldn't have been more helpful, open, and friendly. Very upfront, honest and understanding. Very impressed
with the positive outlook for all residents and the goals going forward. Roman Wharf is certainly top of my list.
