Since our grandaughter has been here, she has shown a maturity beyond her years. The staff here are amazing and treat her with respect and dignity. The home itself is always clean and the care staff are always happy.
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to complete this review.
I always get a warm welcome when I arrive. I get offered tea or coffee and it's always a pleasant experience to visit. The staff are amazing with us as visitors and the residents and they always want to listen to us and the service users. I congratulate them!
Thank you all for your time and dedication.
We went to see my grandson at Middlefield House Sunday the 2nd June and the staff did us some tea to have with him for his birthday on 1st June and it was lovely the staff are always so helpful and friendly and look after him so so well.
My son has been a resident of Middlefield House for over thirty years. The care that he receives is second to none. I have complete confidence and peace of mind that all the staff care for my son so well and always go above and beyond my expectations. The manager is so caring, she always keeps me well informed about my son, she is a great asset at Middlefield House, I am so grateful that my son is a resident here.
Middlefield House has been the home of my uncle for the most part of his life, and every visit has been lovely every time. I have no faults whatsoever. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
I find the home my son lives at very satisfactory; he is well looked after and is very well dressed. He always looks clean and tidy when I visit him - he always looks happy. My mind is at ease as I feel he is very content.
My son now seems content following his operation and has a nice bedroom overlooking the car park. My wife and I visit our son at least two to three times a week and the staff get him to watch us on leaving the car park. Unfortunately his food and drink have to be monitored following his operation.
Very pleased with how the bedrooms have been done and how helpful the staff are.
Warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are very good (overworked) and always willing to chat.
Very pleased with how the staff have managed her and her behavioural problems have settled. She is treated with dignity and given outstanding care. She has a great social life with the other residents. Strong relationships made with everybody. We are kept informed and we have no worries at all.
Absolutely wonderful staff, very welcoming to visitors but more importantly, incredibly understanding and patient with the residents. 1 to 1 care appears to be outstanding, with attention
Extremely pleased with the care my nephew is receiving. He has been there for two years and it is very homely.
