She is constantly reassured and cared for, with all of her neds being met.
The staff are all friendly and caring and do the best for her.
Thankyou for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is invaluable to us.
Upon moving my mother into this home, after she said that she would never go into one she has settled in really well. She says that all the staff are lovely and she cannot get over the fact that she has nothing to do herself, even though she could make herself a cup of tea if she wanted to . The home itself is like home from home, decorated to make it feel like home. It is situated in lovely grounds, with lots of places to sit out in the summer, There is nothing that the staff will not do to help and make any resident feel comfortable.
Thankyou for taking the time to leave us such a fantastic review. I am pleased to hear your mum is settling in so well and you are happy with the care she is receiving.
The facilities are lovely , a warm welcoming cosy atmosphere.
The management team lead from the top and nothing is too much trouble for anyone.
The care and support they provided for my Mother was excellent.
Thankyou for leaving such a kind review. It was great pleasure to look after your mum in her time with us.
Dad can be a little awkward at times, not helped by his hearing difficulties, but my overall experience is the staff treat him with total respect and empathy.
The information portal is a very useful tool for our family to monitor dad each day and this is generally maintained in a timely and useful manner.
I particularly welcome the excellent communication by phone by a couple of staff members when required to update dads medical situation where there are various issues from time to time. This is very helpful as dad will not remember events that happen and so doesn't discuss with me.
Thankyou for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is invaluable to us. I am pleased to hear you are happy with the care received.
My sister in law is well cared for and is happy content in the Home. I find that she has as much contact with other residents and staff as she likes and needs. Some of rhe staff go over and above what is expected of them and this certainly contributes to her overall well being and quality of life.

The premises are clean and tidy and well maintained.
Thankyou for taking the time to leave a review. I am pleased to hear you are happy with the service your mum is provided.
The manager went above and beyond to make the transition for mum as seamless as possible.
The activities coordinator does an excellent job and encourages mum to join in with the numerous events whenever possible.
Mum enjoys a weekly visit to the on site hairdressers.
The home is always clean and the grounds and gardens are lovely.
Aslockton Hall has a lovely homely feel to it with hard working, caring and compassionate staff.
I could not be happier with the care mum is receiving and would highly recommend Aslockton Hall.
Thank you for such a kind review. I'm pleased to hear you are happy with the care your mum receives.
Although I am happy living here and find the atmosphere friendly I do feel there is something of a language problem with some of the foreign staff and this is particularly noticeable at meal times when being offered food options.
I would not like to live anywhere else.
They are always welcoming and willing to do everything they can to keep Mum as comfortable as possible as she is an End of Life Patient.
Thank you for your lovely review i will pass your comments to the staff.
My mother was offered a place in this home in 2020 at the start of Covid and was taken care of as well as she would have been at home. It is so well presented and spotlessly clean, and the professional care given by all who worked there, and many still do is credible. Unfortunately, when Dementia struck, and my mother had to be nursed continuously and could not have visitors due to Covid rules, the experienced staff worked so hard to ensure they still gave 100% care to residents and looked after my mother until they could do no more for her and she was hospitalised. I would truly recommend this home to anybody.
Thank you for your kind review. Covid was a difficult time for all, and the staff will appreciate knowing people understand they did their best throughout.
Mum recently moved into the home after being in a care home for over 4 years. She was very anxious but they took every effort to help her settle. All the carers are kind and helping her to build relationships with them. The home is cosy and very welcoming to visitors.
Thankyou for your lovely review. Person centred care is very important to us.
The dedication and commitment of the staff at Aslockton Hall, when my nan had a stroke, went above and beyond, if it wasn’t down to their quick response and 24-hour care I very much doubt my nan would have made the full recovery she, thankfully, did.
Thank you for such a lovely review. I will pass your comments to the staff.
Aslockton Hall has not only met but exceeded our expectations. My father's transition from respite to permanent residence has been seamless, thanks to the unwavering support and exceptional care provided by the staff. As a family, we are profoundly grateful to have found a place that not only meets the physical needs of our dad but also nurtures his spirit, providing a home away from home that truly takes the time to understand and cherish him. If you are seeking a care home for a loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend Aslockton Hall for its outstanding commitment to compassionate, person-centred care.
Thank you for such a heartfelt review! This means a lot to all of us.
My mum has been living at Aslockten Hall for a decade. She has needed increasingly more care during her years there. The staff have always been kind, informative, collaborative and very professional. The building is charming and my mum's room is always clean and tidy. The staff are very patient and loving with Mum and very accommodating of me. I live in another country and so our situation is very challenging. Aslockten Hall gives me peace of mind and keeps my Mum as comfy as humanly possible. I am grateful to everyone involved.
Thank you for such a lovely review! I'm pleased we can help you feel at ease around your mother's care.
My husband is receiving nursing care. He has a very pleasant room, and the staff are kind and caring and meet all his needs. Aslockton Hall is traditional, warm and welcoming, and I feel involved with his care. He’s really enjoying the food!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a kind review! He certainly does enjoy his food, and this is a nice, refreshing change for us! Take care.
I had to find respite care for my father at exceptionally short notice. Aslockton Hall didn't hesitate to offer their services, and my father moved in the following day. From the moment we stepped into the home, we felt as though the staff were there because they cared. They immediately drilled my dad in a lovely room and, over the next two weeks, took fantastic care of him - laughing and joking with him and treating him as a person. By the end of his stay, my father could communicate better and was walking short distances with little help. Myself and my mum could not have been happier with the service provided and would not hesitate to use Aslockton Hall again for respite care, as well as recommending it to others.
Thank you for your lovely review; we were glad we could help and that you could see such improvements.
Parts are an old building which can be restrictive so not all rooms have en-suite facilities. Having an en-suite would be better.
Activities were available and residents encouraged but not made to attend.
thankyou for your kind review we enjoy your dads respite visits very much.
My mum was very apprehensive about care homes (her first visit) - but now she can't wait to go back: can't say better than that.
Thank you for your kind review we look forward to welcoming your mother during her next visit.
In the first instance, I had dealings with their staff member in marketing who was an excellent communicator and a very caring, genuine person. She went out of her way, making sure my friend was happy and had the room of her choice. The food is home-cooked and the day room and gardens are beautiful.
Towards my friends end of life, I found the nursing staff to be kind, caring and very supportive of my and my friend's needs.
This is definitely a happy home where the staff are extremely friendly, caring and welcoming.
Thank you for your kind review. I wish you well with the future.
