The care home has been a safe place for my brother for a few years now. He has settled well and has a good relationship with many of the staff. They keep trying to engage him in activities at every opportunity, despite his reluctance. They cater for his dietary needs and will make his favourite foods if need be. I am kept fully up to date with any care needs, health concerns and his finances, if they need altering. The staff keep me informed if ongoing concerns which I really do appreciate. He can be cheeky but the staff are aware of this and can have a laugh with him which is great to see. Thank you to all the staff x
Thank you for your wonderful review. We're delighted that your brother feels safe, supported and at home with us. It means so much to hear your kind words about our team and the care they provide.
Staff go above and beyond for my son. He's happy at Meadowcroft its the best he has ever been. Staff constantly try to encourage him to be more independant. Management are supportive and are very involved with the service users.

Exceptional care and wonderful staff. Recent illness for my relative meant that the staff and management were there for them 24 hours and we cannot thank them enough. Positive, calm and caring. Amazing!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear you're happy with the care from the team at Meadowcroft. We'll pass on your review to the team!
When my friend first came in he was in a bad way. Your staff have done a fantastic job at getting him mobile, a little more self-sufficient and so much happier. This doesn't happen unless you have a fantastic team and it shows. I was worried about him initially but the staff here has given me no doubts whatsoever that he is in the right place. During my first visits, my friend couldn't stand on his own, couldn't hold a conversation and was a shell of his former self, now I can see a glimmer of the person he used to be return.
Things need getting on top of from time to time, but the manager and staff are all willing to help to put things right. Most of the time I can sleep contented knowing my brother is getting well looked after.
