It is comforting to know that my father is well cared for and safe in these years when he can no longer look after himself. The staff are very attentive and kind. The food is very good, with attention to special dietary needs. Set in beautiful, well-kept gardens, a pleasant visual reminder of my father's own gardens, which he devoted so much time to. Communication and care plans are regularly reviewed, and I am informed and consulted. On visiting, it is clear that the staff do everything they can to keep him as comfortable as possible at Rose Farm.
Thank you for your lovely feedback, we are pleased that you find the team kind and attentive and your input is imperative in your Dads plan of care and best interest, We will ensure your feedback is cascaded to the team.
Rose Farm is a lovely place for a care home. The staff and management are all very caring, friendly and do a great job looking after the residents. It feels like a family and they all know who you are when you visit. The care that my mum is receiving and has received is exemplary, and i can find no fault with anything. The residents are put first and the carers listen to what you have to say, and require, as regards the care that my mum needs. There is always something going on, activity wise, they are not just sat watching tv.

My Mum has been at Rose Farm since December 25 and we have both experienced great care and support and I can't recommend them enough. I have visited regularly with my kids and we always receive a warm welcome and are called by first names. It has meant so much to feel part of the Rose Farm family. Mum has settled well and enjoys the care and attention she receives. Rose Farm offers activities and trips out for lunch at the local golf club for the residents and their families which is lovely to be able to take part in. I wasn't looking forward to mum moving to a care home but I can honestly say I enjoy visiting and feel happy mum is well cared for.

A first class residential care home which excels in all respects. My mother was made to feel immediately welcome and quickly settled in contrast to one where she was briefly resident. .I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

We never wanted dad to end up in a residential home, but his mobility dictated otherwise. It was hard work in the first few weeks and dad was not happy but because of the wonderful staff, lovely environment, great staff and attention to the best interests of dad he's ended up being at peace and very accepting of where he is. We love visiting him, the staff are great and call us by our first names and we feel genuinely comfortable that they have his best interests at heart and will do whatever is necessary to give him the best care and dignity.
Thank you so much for your kind words and positive feedback which we will share with the Team. Thank you again.

Over the 11 years that Dad was a resident at Rose Farm, we found that he received the highest standard of loving care from a dedicated team of carers. It was obvious that the Home is very capably managed and even the owners take a close interest in events from time to time. Every aspect of the daily routine from caring, meals, and activities to cleaning was of the highest quality. I highly recommend Rose Farm in every respect.

Residents are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Always a pleasure to visit.
Thank you so much for your valuable feedback which we will pass onto the team.
Mum has been at Rose Farm for 2 years now and her care needs have increased significantly but so has the response from the whole team. Mum's dementia has progressed and has been managed with a skilled and professional response. All the team have shown Mum respect, courtesy and gentle humour and encouragement in response to some difficult behaviours. The manager and team have been incredibly supportive of Mum's family during recent health issues. We feel reassured Mum is given appropriate, individualised and sensitive care which is all we could ask for. The manager and deputy listen to any queries and respond quickly to requests to improve care.
Good afternoon, thank you so very much for your positive feedback regarding the care provision Mum receives. It truly is our pleasure, not only to care for your mum but to be a support to you all as a family.
Mum has been a resident at Rose Farm for over 2 years. All of the staff are caring, and treat the residents with respect, compassion and dignity (Sometimes under trying circumstances). Mum's health has deteriorated while she has been at Rose Farm, but I feel confident that she is safe and well cared for. If ever there are any concerns someone will ring me and update me on what is happening. I have seen how well staff treat my mum, the way they talk to her and deal with her. When I visit, I am always greeted with a smile and an update on how mum is. I would not hesitate in recommending Rose Farm.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback; it really is our pleasure to care for your loved one, and we are happy to hear of your confidence in our care provision. It is also so lovely to hear from your perspective how you find the whole team to be caring, respectful and compassionate. We are...
I have always found Mum to be well cared for and as content as possible at Rose Farm. Staff are always available for any small concerns and I have regular meetings with management to keep me updated. There are also online family meetings and a family support group. As my sister and I live some distance away and cannot visit regularly, it is really important to us that we are kept informed about Mum's wellbeing. Rose Farm organise online chats, and phone calls, and prints out emails and photos in order that we can be in regular contact. The level of care that Mum receives is excellent. She has a named carer for any specific queries and importantly stable care staff - she knows them and they are familiar to her, know her and are fond of all the residents. This is important for someone who needs familiar things, people and continuity to minimise anxiety. It is also essential for my sister and I to know that my mum is being treated well and she certainly is at Rose Farm.
Thank you for your lovely feedback, which is extremely valuable to us as a service. Communication is key and your feedback on tools utilised by the service in how we ensure and maintain effective communication for our residents and their loved ones is really insightful thank you. It is fantastic that you view your mum's care as Excellent; it really is our pleasure.
My husband has been a resident at Rose farm with mixed Alzheimer's, he is well thought of, all care and needs are second to none, staff and management nothing is too much trouble and relatives are made to feel part of the family.
Thank you Shirley for your positive feedback to the care provision we provide your husband, I am so pleased that you feel this way and it really is our pleasure. Your input and support is truly valuable to us and our Rose Farm family.
Dad has settled in very well and is happy. He is treated with care and respect by all the kind and friendly staff and management.
Meals are very good as are the activities.
Keep up the great work Team Rose Farm.
Apologies for the delayed response but thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We will pass your comments on to the Team
