Springfield Care Home

All the staff from management to cleaner are polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the care users, and nothing is ever too hard if you require help. It's always a joy to be greeted by a smiley face and a chat about the day, as a care home, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

I am absolutely blown away with the care that the staff give to my Mum. She can be very challenging at times but all the staff just go out of their way to calm her down and make her feel more relaxed.Every single staff member treats my mum as if she was their grandmother.it was absolutely amazing that we were allowed to throw my Mum a 80th birthday party. Everything was organised for us. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to make sure everything was done, all the food the singer and also the bouncy castle was organised for us.The staff are absolutely brilliant some came in on their days off to celebrate with her. I find that nothing is too much trouble for them and they will go out of their way to make things as easy as possible for everyone in the home.

I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful and especially went out of their way to make sure my mother in law was ok after her Husband died.All the staff are so friendly and are always there to give their support.

The girls in springfield work extremely hard , especially the carer for my uncle , her name is robyn She is lovely and very chatty and always makes my uncle smile. She helps helps him in every way possible. And nothing is too much trouble for her, even after a very long shift.

My mother is a really changed lady since she has been in this care home. She has severe dementia and it's amazing how she has been treated by all the lovely staff there. When visiting Mum you are made to feel very welcome. Lovely caring staff and this is what makes Spring Field so special. Thanks so much.

This care home is honestly amazing, my dad has been here now for quite a while and the care he gets is amazing. The staff go above and beyond and are all so lovely and approachable I honestly couldn't ask for any better for him.

My mum has been at Springfield Nursing Home for a year and a half, she said to me she likes it here and I like to come and see my mum, the staff and management are the best and the care is great, it is the best nursing home, you can talk to the staff who tell you how your family are doing, my mum's always clean and looked good so I would recommend the nursing home to other people.

If you have looked at the rest - now go and look at the best - caring, loving carers. Nothing is too much trouble. Always go the extra mile. Not in a room like a mushroom watered fed and kept in the dark. The manager and her team are fabulous but don't expect the Ritz family-run care home where you are made to feel part of a family, clean, safe, organised and always there to help. Would highly recommend Springfield Care Home. Go on, do it, and have a look! Big thank you to all.

Despite what the CQC report says, Springfield is a very very good care provider. The care is exceptional, the staff are all very friendly, nothing too much trouble for them. I used to work in the care industry, and believe me, Springfield is a brilliant place, knowing your relatives etc are very well cared for and looked after.
