My dad has been lucky enough to have his care provided here for the last 12 months. The home is well led by a proactive, approachable caring manager, who delivers an extremely high standard of personalised care, treats every resident with dignity and respect, and the staff genuinely care for the residents and their families. The activities staff deliver a wide variety of events on and off the premises and the facilities are superb. The home is kept spotlessly clean, clothes are carefully laundered, and all meals are of high quality. I am very impressed with Freshfields, and I would be happy to live there myself.
Thank you for your review and comments; we appreciate you taking the time to share your positive feedback. We value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. I will be sure to pass on your positive feedback to the team who go above and beyond to provide excellent care and support to our residents in the home.
