As her condition declines, they adapt to maintain changes as they happen. My sister is content with all aspects of her care. Carers provide me with regular updates. I feel that the recent changes of management means that levels of communication have dropped.

From day one of my life long friend moving into Aaron Crest, both he and I have been made welcome in every aspect of life in the home. It's not easy for someone to move from their home into care, but this process was made so much easier by the friendliness, care and understanding shown by the staff. I would like to commend the staff of Aaron Crest Care Home. I live in the USA and my dad is 97 years old and means the world to me. The staff are taking great care of my dad. They are warm and friendly and build positive and trusting relationships with the patients and their families. I no longer worry about my dad because I know these kind and professionally competent staff are taking first class care of him. The staff helped my dad get into a routine and settled in. They treat everyone like family and are never too busy to stop and help whenever they see a need. My dad is much happier now that he has people around him that truly care and make him feel like he belongs. I cannot thank the staff enough for their hard work and commitment to their work. They love what they do and it shows. They are really making a huge difference in the quality of life for all of their residents. They are to be commended for the excellent manner and top quality service they are providing.

Our experience has improved since my last review as there is evidence of much better organisation and communication is more forthcoming. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. My mum is very complimentary about them all.
