Aaliyah joined The Manse in 2022 as a Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead initially making her way up to becoming a Home Manager from October 2023. She comes with significant experience from the NHS mainly working with the elderly in the stroke rehabilitation unit where she developed strong clinical skills over the years as a Registered General Nurse. Since her time at The Manse, Aaliyah has been instrumental in shaping the compliance regime as the Clinical Lead ensuring the Home continues to deliver the highest standards across all fronts. She has also established strong partnerships with the stakeholders including the NHS, Lancashire County Council, Local GPs and Pharmacies to name a few. But most importantly, during this time, she has forged a very strong relationship with our residents and their families who hold her in the highest regard while she continues to ensure they are cared for with the highest of standards, love and compassion. We are privileged to have her at the helm at The Manse Care and in her role as the Home Manager, she is equally privileged to have the opportunity to continue to make a difference to our residents and their families.
Jennifer joined The Manse Care in September 2023 and comes with an extensive 40 years of nursing background. Her experiences span across NHS as well as Adult Social Care where she has held significant senior positions including management and leadership roles where she excelled in leading teams and homes and delivering outstanding person-centred care. Over the years she has led and delivered outstanding outcomes across compliance in varying settings and with her experience we are now ready to take The Manse Care to the next stage on our compliance journey with our aspirations to become an “Outstanding” home. We are delighted to have had Jennifer join us and together look forward to making a difference to our local community and the residents and their families we support.
Hello, I am Gary and I am proud to be part of The Manse Care as a Head Chef. To me is the most fulfilling role at the home as it truly enriches the lives of our residents on a daily basis. If one thing that the residents look forward to the most, it’s got to be good quality homemade food that creates an experience, reminisces memories, and plays that role is something I take a lot of pride in. Having worked as a Chef all around the UK and across the Atlantic in the US, I bring with me a vast culinary experience that allows me to create some amazing menus and give our residents a great experience at The Manse Care.
