Thank you for your lovely review in relation to the care and support here at Meadowview. Thank you for also bringing your concerns in relation to the room to my attention. I have had a good look this afternoon and do agree, this room requires some refurbishment. As a result, the following actions will be taken as a matter of urgency, new curtain rail and curtains to be ordered/fitted. A new bedroom furniture pack is to be ordered comprising a wardrobe and bedside cabinet. We will also look at trying to increase the water pressure in this area of the home if we can.

I joined Meadowview as Deputy Manager in March 2025, bringing over 11 years of experience in health and social care. My background includes working with individuals with learning difficulties, mental health challenges, and advanced dementia care, which has shaped my passion for advocacy and ensuring everyone’s voice is heard.
I’ve worked in community support roles and as a team leader in a retirement village, experiences that have given me a broad understanding of different care needs. I also hold a Health and Social Care degree, reinforcing my commitment to high-quality, person-centred support.
Transitioning to the home environment at Meadowview has been an eye-opening, rewarding challenge. I love being part of a team that truly feels like family, and helping people is the most rewarding part of my role.
A mum of two, Tracy is passionate about making people smile and embracing new ideas. She loves yoga, walking, swimming, and good food, and is eager to engage and support our residents.
I have worked at Meadowview for eight years, starting off as a carer and working my way up to my current role of Team Leader of Infection Control. I love spending my time with the residents and working with the team at Meadowview. We are one big happy family.
I have worked at Meadowview for 8 years. I started as a Carer and I’m now an Acting Team Leader which means I split my time between guiding the leadership duties and being a Carer to the residents. Working at Meadowview has allowed me to develop my skills and gain confidence in my job role, but most importantly it has given me the opportunity to provide quality care and compassion to others. For the entire duration of my time at Meadowview, I have always felt part of a wonderful team who share a passion to care and go above and beyond for our residents.
