Cannot thank you all enough for your time care just everything.

I have been extremely impressed by Claire and all of the staff at Holmer Court, Hereford. Everyone has been welcoming, helpful, polite, cheerful and kind. My sister-in-law has improved tremendously since being in their care. The activities ladies are really caring and full of fun. She has been in one of the "expensive" nursing homes in Hereford - they could not hold a candle to Holmer Court! Two of the staff there needing to be re-trained! Dreadful. Holmer Court 10/10.

The atmosphere at Engelberg is welcoming to residents and visitors alike. All can feel relaxed and respected. Its a Family.

What a wonderful team at the Weir. They welcomed my very unwell mother late in the evening. I had chosen them after recommendation from other healthcare professionals. I was not disappointed. It was an urgent admission so I didn't even check it out before committing my mother to their care. They seemed very friendly during our initial conversations and I later discovered this to be the prevailing atmosphere throughout the care home. Friendly and kind and compassionate. I was very reassured after walking up the steps for the first time to a backdrop of birdsong to find a member of staff singing as she took a cup of tea somewhere. Residents were sitting outside enjoying the morning sunshine cheerful and pleased to chat. Food is home cooked and was offered to my mother's partner with a bottle of beer. He became an instant convert and was afterwards more reconciled to the choral music I was playing to my mother as she rested quietly in her room with a qualified nurse always close at hand.

Ultimately the home does a good job in what are very difficult circumstances caring for those with dementia.

My review is about my mum who has recently moved into Moorhouse Care Home. She is very happy there and has settled in very well and has made friends.

My aunt has been staying at the home for the past three weeks for respite care, and we have been very pleased with her experience. From the outset, both the Business Manager and Care Manager have been extremely helpful, approachable and supportive, which has made the whole process much easier for us.

The staff have been friendly and caring, and we have felt reassured that my aunt is being well looked after, knowing that she is safe and comfortable has given us great peace of mind.

Everyone at the home has shown kindness and given support to both her and the family.

Caring staff who are friendly and welcoming. Residents are well looked after and their safety and security are paramount. Mum is very happy there.

My mum has been in Holmer Court Care Home for happily 3 weeks. All the staff are so helpful and engaging with the residents. It is like "home from home" for mum but with extras. She absolutely loves the company of others but also likes her own room too. There's so much entertainment, good food and being cared for. Thank you

Mum has been a permanent resident at Engelberg Care Home for six weeks, following on from a respite stay. She had been living independently in the family home until an admission and lengthy hospital stay resulted in this no longer being possible. After extensive research and a very informative visit, we felt that the pleasant environment and good facilities at Engelberg would be somewhere we would feel confident recommending to Mum. We selected a light, bright, well equipped bedroom and we were all made to feel welcome by the staff straight away. This is a massive period of adjustment, especially as Mum now has greatly reduced mobility. The management staff are supportive in helping us to navigate this and Mum is starting to settle into a new routine. She looks forward to the weekly visits from the hairdresser and enjoys the food and activities. Management, senior staff and medical professionals are easy to contact and respond in a timely manner.

Overall the home served its purpose for mum very well.

Allt Y Mynydd care home staff did so much to encourage my mother to feel welcome there. It is a friendly place, and everyone is so very kind. The rooms are nice and spacious. I am so very grateful for all they did for my mother.

An incredible team of staff who made me feel very welcome from the start. Everyone has gone above and beyond. My Mum was treated with dignity at all times. I couldn't have asked for better care. The Support given to me meant more than I can say, making a difficult time easier. I am truly grateful for the care and kindness both my mum and I were shown.
