The 5 points available are broken down as follows:
4 points are available for the first 5 Positive Reviews, 3 points for the first Positive Review and then 0.25 Points for each of the next 4 Positive Reviews.
1 point is available for reaching a target number of Positive Reviews based on 20% of the number of registered maximum number of service users. My relative was admitted to Blaenos in July 2017 with complex needs. The home is managed most efficiently with guidance and supervision provided to all staff who work well within a team. Residents are treated with dignity. Care plans are discussed with the family. Communication is excellent. The building is clean and is currently being refurbished to a high standard, providing a comfortable environment for everyone. I have received excellent support and reassurance from the manager in a professional manner. The care delivered is of a high standard.
