My mother has received excellent care. Staff are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and kind. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. I am kept advised of any issues and developments.

This was the only home that I contacted, having had to make the heartbreaking decision to place my husband in care that offered a video tour. The manager was so helpful and kind since it was during the lockdown. My husband is well cared for. The staff send WhatsApp and Video calls. They go above and beyond. The care is first class, and all the residents appear happy. Would highly recommend.

I cannot fault Wyndthorpe Gardens in any way. The staff have been friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have been brilliant during the COVID-19 lockdown. Have worked very hard to keep the virus away. The home is clean and well cared for. The residents are clean and so well looked after. The food and service is very very good. In all I would recommend this home to everyone.

In the short time (3 weeks) that my Mum has been a resident at the home I have noticed the consistent care and support provided by all members of the home's staff. They have helped her to make the enormous transition from her home life to a care environment. All staff are approachable and encourage all my family to participate in the care needs of our Mum. I would not hesitate to recommend this service provider to anyone.

Our father came to Wyndthorpe Gardens from hospital on 'end of life' care. It was a very distressing time for our family but the care, respect and compassion of all the care home staff was exemplary. Our father was expected to live only a matter of weeks but the attentiveness, commitment to caring and constant encouragement from staff gave him the ability to regain strength, so much so that he was even able to 'dance' again. Wyndthorpe Gardens regularly have events where activities or entertainment are provided. Dad was captured on camera dancing to Frank Sinatra Tribute Act, it's a very precious memory as Dad loved dancing before his Alzheimer's diagnosis. We will be forever grateful to Wyndthorpe Gardens for looking after Dad when we were no longer able.

My husband has recently been transferred to Wyndthorpe Gardens from another home where his care was second to none. The staff at his previous home were like a family and so far the care at the Gardens appears to be the same.

Such a difficult job for carers who take away a lot of the stress of the family and for that I will always be grateful.

My mum has been a resident of Wyndthorpe Gardens for nearly 10 years. Throughout that time she has been cared for with dignity, respect and kindness. Her illness has progressed throughout that time but at all stages, the staff and managers have ensured that her needs have been met and that me and the rest of the family have been properly informed or consulted to ensure she has received the best care available.

The staff are very helpful always and ensure that family members and visitors are welcomed and cared for. I always feel able to discuss concerns and raise issues as well as share memories. It feels like home from home and I am very thankful that mum has a place at Wyndthorpe Gardens.

The hardest decision in my life was having to put my loving dad in a care home. After many visits to lots of care homes I can honestly say with all my heart when I visited at Wynthorpe I got a really warm welcome. It felt to me like I could call this my dads next home. Yes, it broke my heart, but not only did they welcome my Dad in, they also welcomed me, my husband and my daughter in. This helped me and my family a lot. So I would really like to thank everyone for everything you all did for my dad and us. But Thankyou so much for allowing me to leave and know my Dad is in safe hands. Thank you.
