Burger Court Reviews (5)
Over all time Burger Court has 5 reviews.
The staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the care has been appropriate and effective. They are very knowledgeable about the client's needs and have placed the client firmly at the centre of care. They have been both open and transparent in their communication, and have worked hard to foster a calm and happy environment. Staff have fostered a good relationship with the client and have ensured that the client has been involved in decision making and encouraged to retain independence. They have put much effort into making the client's experience a positive and enriching one.
Thank you for the review, very kind of you. I will be passing these kind words to the staff team who work tirelessly to ensure that Burger Court remains the service you describe and visit on a regular basis.
I have full confidence in the home, treatment and care they have provided my father and can't thank the staff enough for their level of care.
Thank you for your review. I have let Yvonne and her team know. Thanks, Paul
The staff work hard to develop a constructive and friendly relationship with the relatives - providing encouragement to and devoting time to the resident's individual needs and interests. The staff are also very approachable to and appreciative of the needs of and the involvement of the resident's relatives.
Thank you very much for your lovely review I will relay this back to the staff team. We look forward to seeing you very soon.
I moved into Burger Court nursing in 2018. I am from Bradford West Yorkshire and have lived in Bradford all my life at the moment I'm living in a self-contained flat at Burger Court. mM aims and goals are to eventually move into a place of my own like a bigger flat at the moment the way I keep myself active by doing general activities to keep me on the straight and narrow I'm doing really well according to the staff, healthcare assistants and managers as a small example of the things I do I cook my own food which is broken down over a £30.00 budget to have a meal Monday to Friday and have a Sunday dinner downstairs as another small example I'm also responsible for taking and signing for my own medication which has got better over the years and is keeping me well due being from Bradford my family all live close by I have regular contact with my mum and sisters every day. Many thanks
You are doing extremely well and you continue to progress daily. The whole staff team at Burger Court will be here to assist and encourage you with your further development
Our son has been a resident at Burger Court for many years, and the improvement in his condition has been noticeable. He has become much more settled, his communication has improved greatly, and is much more confident with interaction with the outside world. He has learned skills of laundering and cleaning his room. His personal cleanliness has also improved. All this is due to the interaction, tolerance, patience and understanding of the staff, who remain friendly, kind and helpful to him and the other residents. Not an easy job when faced with challenging behaviour. The staff are always cheerful, welcoming and supportive of us, keeping us informed of any issues with our son. The Mothers Day lunch was really superb and very welcome during this Covid lockdown. A heartwarming experience, thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to review us and provide us with your feedback. I've passed your kind words onto Yvonne and her team.
