Kat supports our leaders in overseeing the running of all services provided at Ashfield.
She started with us as an apprentice Care Assistant in 2010 and has proven ever since that she always puts the health and well-being of our residents first.
Nom oversees the delivery of Nursing care to our residents living at Ashfield.
She came over from Zimbabwe in 2005 to work for us as a Nurse. She was a great help to our ex-registered Manager (now Clinical Director) and is continuing to show the same support towards Kat (our current Registered Manager).
Courteney oversees the running of Catering, Housekeeping and Laundry services which our residents living at Ashfield use.
She started as a Catering Assistant in 2019 and quickly began to learn other positions around the home. When the opportunity arose, it was clear who had the expertise to run our hospitality services.
Amy oversees the delivery and organisation of Activities and events to our residents living at Ashfield.
She is a graduate in psychology and is now sharing her expertise with us whilst re-shaping the kind of activities and events we provide for our residents.
