Hi, I am the newly appointed Registered Manager of Ashfield Nursing and Residential Care Home.
I hold vast experience within the Health and Social Care sector, starting my career in 1999 in nursing care for the elderly.
During my career, I developed an interest in pharmacology and worked in Community pharmacies, which led to my last position as a Pharmacy Manager.
I continued to develop my skills and knowledge, completing my BSc (Hons) in Health and Social Care, which led to my first position as a Care Home Manager.
My speciality is caring for those living with dementia.
I hold a passion for ensuring that residents receive the utmost quality of care, and that their physical, social and mental well-being needs are fulfilled with dignity, respect and the care they deserve.
