My mum is currently staying here. Whilst building is slightly dated the cleanliness is spotless. The staff are are so friendly and attentive and my my mum has settled in far quicker and happier than we expected. A big thankyou to all the staff and residents for making our mums stay so much easier for all of is and for our mum

When I was told my father would be transferred here from HRI (Hull Royal Infirmary) I read the few reviews that had been written and had concerns. However, my father spent four days here before returning home and whilst the building could certainly do with refurbishing, it was clean throughout. But most importantly the level of care I witnessed was excellent, and all the residents seemed content. Management was extremely efficient and helpful. Perhaps the most significant observation was that my seriously confused and vulnerable father said he would be happy to go back. Thank you.
