The wonderful team of female and male carers/team leaders have extensive knowledge, experience, and care to give. Nicholas House also implement the 'Safe to be Me' policy towards all residents and staff.
The home has a wonderful kitchen team that provides home-cooked, nutritious meals and baking for everyone. The team provides wonderful menus, and all staff deliver person-centred care so that residents can request other choices.

An outstanding care home that showers each resident with dignity, love and respect. Every one of the carers, chefs and cleaners is superb. My mum was able to keep her pride and dignity until her last day. We will be forever grateful to the home and were delighted to call them our friends.

I started as the Manager in October 2021 and have worked very hard to bring the home from 'Requires Improvement' to a 'Good' rating with CQC. My job is very rewarding.
