My brother was a resident in Westwood lodge until October 2016 until he, unfortunately, he passed away.
I could not fault the care he received from staff on the unit.
They kept us up to date with all his care and his needs.and when he had to go into hospital on more than 1 occasion they were very supportive to us as a family.
The manager was lovely to us from the start and always made time to chat with us if need be.
There was 1 staff member in particular that my brother really liked, she always made time to come and chat with him and made sure he was comfortable.
Always offered coffee as soon as we went in.

There are currently no Care Home Idol entrants who have performed at Westwood Lodge
