Silloth Nursing & Residential Home Reviews (1)
Over all time Silloth Nursing & Residential Home has 1 review.
The standard of care here is, without doubt, excellent in each and every way. There is no B-team at Silloth Nursing Home; no 'second best' at weekends or on night-shift. The highly trained team of staff work in a very professional way as they care for those who live there. They have a wonderful balance of a relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail, which makes it a pleasure to live there, and to visit.
Mum was looked after beautifully during her 11 months of life in Silloth and was given care, tenderness and respect in her death. Despite not having been given long to live, for a terminally ill patient, she flourished under their care, with great nutrition, interesting people to talk to and all her social, physical, mental and spiritual needs being met. The care and respect were also extended to me, and the support I received from all the staff was uplifting.
I cannot speak highly enough of the Matron of the home, and those in her team of staff. Thank you.
