I couldn't fault the care given to my friend, the staff were absolutely wonderful with her, she was treated with dignity and kindness, almost like family. She was always clean, well-dressed and little things like staff had painted her nails, not a big thing but important to a lady who earlier in her life valued such things. Every time we visited she was happy and relaxed. The staff were extremely helpful to us as well. I can't praise them high enough to be honest. They're all a credit to your company.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt review and kind words.

They knew her well, understood her needs, and made her feel safe and valued. As a family, we were always welcomed, supported, and kept fully informed, which gave us enormous peace of mind.
In her final days, the compassion shown to her was exceptional, and the fact that so many staff members chose to attend her funeral meant the world to us.
We will always be grateful to Rhosyn Melyn for giving our mother comfort, dignity, and warmth in her last years. They made an immeasurable difference to her life and to ours.

An extra big thanks must especially go to the 2 night nurses who have worked this week upto 26.03.2026, they have been so compassionate and caring with our friend and us, it warms the heart.

My son is currently at Rhosyn Melyn. He has been a resident for 4 years. We have a good relationship with all staff, nursing and managerial. We always have a good welcome on our visits. Any problems are well addressed and happily resolved. I am as a mother very happy and content with, the way he is being treated. Thank you.

Clean, friendly place. Staff are amazing. Plenty of activities for residents, but the car park could do with some fresh white line bays for cars & motorcycles, and yellow to leave clear for emergencies.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the car park. Safety is important to us, and we will review this matter. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
I was very cautious after the poor care at the hospital. I was overwhelmed by the outstanding care and dignity that my wife received from the management and staff at Rhosyn Melyn.
The respect and dignity shown to her and myself on her passing was exemplary.
I recommend this care home to anyone who requires outstanding care for their loved ones.
Thank you to all management and staff at Rhosyn Melyn.
Not only do they care for my father with the utmost respect, but they are also a great support to myself. It hasn't been easy to step away and let someone else care for him, but I have complete trust in them all to give him the support and care he requires.
I have witnessed the extent of care that is given to not only my father, but also other residents. I can say, hand on heart, it is excellent.
The current management are amazing! I was dubious about sending Dad here, bad reviews etc from many years ago, but I have no concerns in any way. This is his forever home. I highly recommend Rhosyn Melyn to anyone who is looking for a Care Home for their loved one.
It's not the building that makes a good home, it's all the people in it.
Would definitely recommend this care home. They took fantastic care of my Grandma and Grandad. Thank you all so much. Rest in peace both.
I would like to express my thanks for the care of my mother for the past 14 years. When she passed they look after the residents as their own. I can't thank them enough.
Thank you very much for your kind words.
