A Health Questionnaire and proof of a Negative LFD test done the same day of visit will need to be sighted or undertaken on site before admittance.
Full PPE should be worn inside the Home for the duration of the visit. Only two persons per resident are to visit inside the Home at at the same time.
PPE is not required in outdoor visits.
