The care my husband received during his six-month stay was compassionate and professional. I will be forever grateful to all the staff. He was very happy and enjoyed chatting with the staff. He had a lovely bright room and enjoyed all the freshly prepared healthy meals.

My mother came to Colwyn Bay Old Convent Nursing Home following a hospital stay. She was a resident for the last 4 months of a long and happy life. She suffered from vascular dementia and was bedridden. Her care was exemplary. She was always clean and comfortable. The staff knew her by name and always
treated her with dignity. My mum loved makeup and the staff took the time and trouble to make sure she looked good. When she was dying I was treated with amazing care and compassion.

A wonderful, warm and caring environment. The staff are friendly and so helpful, they made us all feel comfortable during the settling-in period and beyond. My mother-in-law, who has dementia, Alzheimer’s, responds extremely well to all the staff. Since residing at the home she interacts very well with
us. She is well cared for with compassion and respect. Overall, a very happy, caring home from home, we are very confident with the care she receives. Including the extra care in the lovely birthday they helped her celebrate recently.
I highly recommend this nursing home, its manager and all of the staff.

Diligent workers, caring and efficient. Very friendly and approachable. Highly recommended, wonderful facilities, i.e. music rooms, reading and TV rooms, conservatory and well-manicured gardens, large bedrooms and a dedicated events manager. 10/10.

Colwyn Bay Old Convent Nursing Home is a wonderful place and my aunt is very happy here. She has been a resident for almost 2 years and really appreciates the kindness and concern of the staff. Nothing is too much bother for the staff: they all take an interest in her well-being and ensure that she
is well looked after and that her needs are met. They are easy to communicate with and go out of their way to help. The rooms are spacious and the gardens are immaculate. I recommend the Old Convent very highly.

I have only visited twice as I live 50 miles away, but on both times the staff were very pleasant and professional. The home is immaculate and my stepmother's room spotless. She appears to be very well looked after with clean bedding, room etc.
