Overall Experience

The whole team are always welcoming and friendly and I have seen how well they interact with, not only my friend but other residents as well. They have looked after everyone so well during this awful pandemic and it is reassuring to know that their procedures are so stringent that they have not lost anyone to COVID. Even though things have been difficult the staff and manager have taken the time to speak to me about my friend and I have been able to keep in contact with them, and have used a video phone, so we can see each other as well. They have all done such an amazing job during this whole difficult time and I am so glad that my friend is looked after by such a caring team of professionals.

Overall Experience

My friend has been at Newton Care home for the past three years. The home is warm and comfortable. There have been considerable improvements during the past 16 months, since a change of management. They have brought positivity and new ideas which have impacted on the home, and on the residents in a good way. Staff are friendly and welcoming. My friend is cared for with respect and dignity, is clean and well presented. Her medical needs are also looked after very well.
