I would like to comment on the care provided at Mond Court. My grandson is a resident at Mond and is supported by dedicated staff who never fail in their care and professional ability to cope with my grandson who can be quite demanding and has individual needs. I can always rely on staff to respond...
I would like to comment on the care provided at Mond Court. My grandson is a resident at Mond and is supported by dedicated staff who never fail in their care and professional ability to cope with my grandson who can be quite demanding and has individual needs. I can always rely on staff to respond to any questions that I may have regarding his care. The facilities provided at Mond are first class and the care plan that is in place only fails when my grandson does not cooperate, although he is always encouraged to do so. I have visited several times and have always had a positive reception from whoever is on duty and another person that I have met. My grandson has a self-contained flat giving him privacy but also has the facility to socialize with other people in the home. We are very pleased with the care my grandson gets at Mond Court and thankful for all the help that is shown to us as a family.
