Overall Experience
Staff think because the residents have dementia that when they ask to use the bathroom they don't believe them. I witnessed a woman desperate for the toilet and she waited 40 minutes for BARE MINIMUM care. Staff are very judgemental. The staff are not that welcoming. There were next to no activities to do with residents. Manager was never present.
