Mrs Nargis Sardar is the Co-Owner and Director of Serenity Homes Ltd, the company that owns Gnoll Nursing Home. She has served as the Responsible Individual since 2019, taking over the role from her partner, Mr William Sardar.
Both Nargis and William are retired nurses who dedicated many years of service to the NHS before purchasing Gnoll Nursing Home in 2005. Originally from Pakistan, Nargis trained and qualified as a nurse before joining her husband in Saudi Arabia, where they spent several years providing medical aid to Bedouin communities in remote desert regions. During this time, Nargis also worked as a midwife, proudly delivering countless babies and serving the Bedouin community for over a decade.
Nargis and her family moved to the United Kingdom over 30 years ago, where she continued her commitment to healthcare as a Health Visitor within the NHS, a role she recalls with great pride and affection.
Known for her passion, motivation, and high standards, Nargis leads by example, holding both herself and her team accountable for delivering exceptional care. She remains approachable and deeply involved, always available to residents, families, and staff alike.
As she prepares to step down from her role as Responsible Individual this year, Nargis will be passing the responsibility to her daughter, Elaine Sardar-Dean, while continuing to support the organisation in an advisory capacity.
Her wealth of experience, compassion, and unwavering dedication continue to inspire those around her, and the Gnoll Nursing Home team is proud and fortunate to have such a strong and respected matriarch guiding their journey.
Gabriela has been part of Gnoll Nursing Home since 2022 and is recognised as a kind, compassionate, and dedicated leader. A qualified nurse by profession, she also serves as the clinical lead for the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently maintained.

Gabriela is a conscientious and hands-on manager who believes in leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence and respect. She personally conducts all new resident assessments, providing families with the opportunity to ask questions and ensuring every new arrival feels welcomed and supported from the very beginning.
Since joining Gnoll Nursing Home, Gabriela has brought stability, experience, and strong clinical leadership to the service. Her dedication and professionalism have made her an invaluable part of the team, and the home is proud to have her at the helm.
