The staff at Talbot Court are absolutely magnificent. My father suffers from Alzheimer's and the patience, kindness and good humour demonstrated by all staff has made his illness less frightening for him. Medical needs are addressed promptly, when required. Family is kept informed on a regular basis
and one can have an informed discussion whenever requested. His room is spotless and we can add personal items. I can recommend the care as first class.

Before my brother went into Talbot Court Care Home, my sister was there for eight years, and I couldn't fault the care she received in that time. All the staff were truly marvellous, and nothing was too much trouble for them, even for the visitors, and now I've got peace of mind that my brother is having
the same care.

My Mother in Law went into Talbot Court and straight away felt at home. All the staff, manager, care staff, admin, kitchen, domestic, maintenance man, all made my Mother in Law welcome from the start and continue to do so. All welcoming to all her family and visitors.

My dad moved from a previous home due to our safeguarding concerns and it was the best decision our family made.
The staff at Talbot Court were excellent in looking after our dad. They respected his dignity at all times. The building is nothing to look at, however, it's the care and love shown that
mattered most to my family and me.

The carers and staff are lovely to mum, lots of smiles, hugs and laughter. She has her hair done and her nails painted, a little lippy anything to make her feel comfortable and at ease.

I find this care home to be comfortable, clean and homely and suitable for types of elderly people. The staff are very friendly and sociable to us as visitors. My family and I are satisfied with the home and are happy that we chose it for our relative. We are confident that he is very well cared for.
He ha settled in very well and seems contented most times. That is all we aks for and gives us peace of mind.
