Absolutely wonderful care home where all of the amazing staff are experienced, trained and skilled in care of vulnerable residents. Their empathy and compassion is truly outstanding and my husband and I are 100% grateful that our dear relative lives there in a really wonderful home. Great care and thought goes into everything, from the cleanliness, food, dietary requirements, furniture and social areas. The communication between all staff is top priority and everyone is committed to involvement in all steps of care and residency of absolutely everyone living there. It really has a lovely atmosphere and we love visiting our relative and also, having the opportunity to talk to any of the staff in a relaxed and open manner. We will always be completely grateful to everyone involved in this absolutely above average care home for giving our dear relative the best chance at a safe, healthy and comfortable life for their needs.
Thank you for your wonderful review. We are so pleased to hear how happy you are with the care your relative receives and truly appreciate your kind words about our staff, home, and atmosphere. Your gratitude means a great deal to us all, and we're honoured to be part of your relative's life and care.
The home is lovely and clean and the garden area is lovely for residents to sit in. They are currently working on the main communal area and the OT team have brilliant ideas on helping to make it home. My nephew enjoys being there and he has good relationships with some other residents which is nice to hear. The Manager is kind and caring and he has a good team working with him. The nurses are always there to help and will go out of their way to make sure you are heard and things are put in place to better the home. The administrator (I am sorry, I am not sure of her name) is always helpful when I call and has a lovely manner always polite and happy to help. There is nothing that they won't do to help you and that is good especially as they are looking after vulnerable people.
