The home is lovely and clean and the garden area is lovely for residents to sit in. They are currently working on the main communal area and the OT team have brilliant ideas on helping to make it home. My nephew enjoys being there and he has good relationships with some other residents which is nice
to hear. The Manager is kind and caring and he has a good team working with him. The nurses are always there to help and will go out of their way to make sure you are heard and things are put in place to better the home. The administrator (I am sorry, I am not sure of her name) is always helpful when I call and has a lovely manner always polite and happy to help. There is nothing that they won't do to help you and that is good especially as they are looking after vulnerable people.
