Overall Experience
My mother became a permanent resident at Rowan House in February 2026.
Her care has been excellent, she has been treated with the greatest of dignity and respect by everyone from Management, Nursing staff, Care team and all the supporting staff making Rowan House such an excellent nursing home for her to reside.
We as a family are always made very welcome and kept up-to-date on her well being.
As a result of a Rowan House and Family meeting earlier in the year where new initiatives were discussed, a Coffee Morning was held for families of the residents at Rowan House. The first was held this morning and provided a perfect opportunity for families to get together, chat with each other about their loved ones and to know that help and support was there for all. Tea, coffee and cakes were excellent and enjoyed by all.
Well done Rowan House and looking forward to the next one.

Thank you for all of your support.
