Thank you for your kind words - It is an honour to able to care for your loved one as it is the rest of our residents here at The Forge. We do see everyone as human beings regardless of their needs and struggles. To be able to bring normality back to someone's life with dementia is such a rewarding experience and we are lucky to be able to do this on a day to day basis.We are here to help in anyway we can, and supporting families and loved ones is a big part our job too. Thank you again for your kind words - its an absolute pleasure to be able to do what we do!

We get very attached to our residents, but also their families too - we are already missing seeing you Daily and Dolly is missing you too! Hi. Thank you for your lovely review, it's a real pleasure to care for Mum and Dad, they are such a loving and friendly couple who adore each other.

Thank you Darren for your lovely words - as you know, we are all very fond of your dad. He loves a chat, and often asks me to come and have a look at how tidy his room is, he then shows me the family pictures and tells me how wonderful you all are! We love being able to provide memory-making days for your mum and dad - seeing them smiling together means the world to us. Thank you for trusting us with your loved one - we love him too.

It's a real pleasure to look after Mum, and sometimes Dad, the staff do their very best to look after our residents, from our housekeeping team keeping our residents' rooms clean and tidy, to the cooks preparing home-cooked meals, and the care staff looking after our residents with such dedication, and of course not forgetting our activities team keep our residents occupied and entertained. Thank you so much for the lovely review and we look forward to your visits to Leadon Court.

I always remember when Mum first moved in, she would come down to reception and sit with us, helping us to answer the front door and welcoming visitors with a smile.
