The care home itself and all its staff look after my mum very well and as a family we are pleased that my mum is at Queens House. All facets of QME seem very acceptable, her room is always nice, clean and tidy and Mum enjoys the food and her regular cups of tea.

My sister has settled into Queen's House very well and appears quite content. A family friend takes her out in the car twice a week, weather permitting, which provides some real change to the daily routine. Overall, it is working very well.

On behalf of our mother and all her family, please accept these few words of gratitude as our token of appreciation to all the wonderful staff members at Queens House who have made mum's life so enjoyable and who provided her with such a wonderful 90th birthday party last week. She is as happy as she has been for many years and this is a testimony to you all. We are truly blessed to have such a quality care home in Kelso. Thank you.

We have been very impressed with Queens House and the level of service and support received. Mother is very happy and has settled in extremely well; she loves the interaction with all the staff, who are very engaging and friendly. My Mum is very well looked after by the staff.
Regular updates given on her care, and I can speak to anyone if I need to.

Very good communication over Covid, and I was able to visit Mum for the majority of the time, Newsletters are very useful.
