Muirfield Nursing Home has a high level of qualified staff including registered nurses and care workers along with managerial and administrative staff, domestic, kitchen and ancillary staff. Our nurses are on duty 24 hours a day, giving peace of mind to residents and their families. Together with our committed care and support staff, there is a wonderful, compassionate team that forms a strong professional unit providing our residents with kindness, fun, affection and, above all, respect.
RGN qualified in 1994, Jo has worked in care homes since 1999 and now holds additional qualifications of a Pg Dip HSc in Advanced Nursing.
Jo returned to Randolph Hill in 2017, as Deputy Manager, after managing a nursing home in New Zealand for 8 years. Jo was promoted to manager in 2019, then Senior Manager in 2021 and is now Care Quality Manager.
Julie Tulloch is our Care Standards Manager. She has been a registered nurse for almost 35 years and is also a registered community nurse and nurse prescriber. For the last 18 years she has worked as a nurse regulator in health and social care, and joined us from her most recent role as an inspector with the Care Inspectorate.
Like everyone at Randolph Hill, Julie’s drive and focus is to make sure that all of the people that we care for receive the best, high quality service that is right for them. Julie firmly believes that people should enjoy living their life to the full in a nursing home and that nursing homes should be at the heart of the community.
Outside of work Julie likes to be active and enjoys walking in our beautiful countryside, gardening and exercising especially dancing related exercise such as Zumba.
Nicole qualified in 2013 as a registered general nurse, since then she has worked in a variety of roles within social staff nurse through to manager, operations and quality roles. Nicole joined Randolph Hill after almost 4 years in a variety of operational and quality based roles for a large care organisation. Her passion is ensuring our homes are the best place to live and work for all who use them.
