Thank you so much for your comments, we do know when he is not too good, changes in his behaviour, where he doesn't come to the manager's office even just to say hello, simple things to alert us. Always good when he goes out with you, this brightens him up and he never forgets the staff by always bringing back treats. You know he's good when he torments us with his banter, what a man.

I am the Registered Manager here at Marchmont House Care Home. I have a wealth of experience in Care Home Management, also within Health and Social Care Sector and I am also a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
