I am lost for words at how utterly appalling my Dad's Care & consideration for his family have been. Dad passed away on 2nd December.
They called my sister in England!!. This was around 09:10 hrs. They said Dad had been going downhill hour by hour! Why not call MUM earlier??
Mum got there 5 minutes before he passed away. I got there too late.

We left clothes on the end of the bed & told staff they were to go to funeral home with him. They didnt! We were told we could pay to have room painted as it wasn't needed. We had 1 week to clear it. But 2 days later, they had stripped it, dumped all his stuff in black bags and moved it to storage 'for safe keeping' ready to paint it! The room had a lock. They didnt have to touch it, & they left his CDs in the room. Did they think we wouldn't notice? Thoughtless & shocking. The list is huge, but 1 thing, they wouldn't listen to Mum, a nurse. Told her Dad was lying to her! They knew him 6 wks, not 50 yrs. How DARE they!
