Overall Experience

Lovely cosy established older care home in the heart of the Whifflet. Staff are so kind and efficient. My mum is happy with her surroundings and loves bussing atmosphere that the home provides. Always made to feel welcome and I know my mums in good hands .

Review from Graeme B (Son of Resident) published on 16 July 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

Overall standards are below from what is advertised on the website. Staff are sitting about while service users are roaming around no interaction. Place looks run down and fixtures and fittings loose. Outdated rooms dull and gloom grubby walls and paint peeling. Uninvited look. Care report and standards aren't up to date as facilities and amenities offered don't exist.
