My mother has been a resident since September 2022. She can have good days and bad days. When she is having a bad day the girls who look after her have a wonderful knack for turning tears into smiles. Her accommodation is perfect for her needs and the girls keep the room and the whole building clean. The management is always there if required and very helpful. I can only thank the staff for the wonderful care they take with my mum and I am especially grateful to the whole team for the care they give to my mum.

My experience visiting the home has been a pleasure. Mum seems content most of the time and well looked after by the caring and friendly staff. My experience visiting the home has been a pleasure. Mum seems content most of the time and well looked after by the caring and friendly staff. All very clean, comfortable and well kept, except the bedroom which could do with a bit of coat of paint to remove the marks around the walls. Yes, Covid has been in there but was dealt with by the health measures taken. Now isolation is by, I hope mum can get involved in more activities or taken to let her watch others do so and maybe a jaunt out in the mini bus in the better weather.

Mum's quality of life has improved hugely since she has stayed at Park Springs. The care given has been excellent. She eats and drinks much more regularly and has enjoyed participating in many of the activities. I couldn't be happier - knowing how settled she is has been a huge weight off my mind....
The staff always have time for both of us and I leave at night knowing Mum will be well looked after until the next time I see her.
