Overall Experience

I had high hopes for this care home as some reviews seemed to be OK, but I was greatly disappointed. My mum wasn't happy here, it did not feel like home to her. There were no choices given basically told ware to go and what to do. Please think twice about this home and your loved ones. I would not recommend this care home.
