Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are very proud of our staff team at Harestane and the high levels of care they provide our clients. As a family-run business, we are also extremely proud of the standards we maintain the home environment to. This is the first review we have received describing the home's facilities as in need of renovation. Priority Care has a team of qualified maintenance staff who constantly maintain/repair and refurbish areas throughout the home. We carry out regular inspections of the environment to ensure all areas are clean/tidy and well-decorated. We will contact you personally for a better understanding of the exact areas you feel require attention to allow us to rectify any issues promptly.
