Overall Experience

I am extremely pleased with the care my father receives at Abingdon Care Home in the Armagh Dementia Unit. The staff consistently ensure he is cared for with dignity, kindness and respect. They always do their very best to keep him comfortable, engaged and entertained, which gives our family great reassurance. The home itself is bright, welcoming and spotlessly clean, creating a warm and pleasant environment for residents and visitors alike. The quality of the food is excellent, and it is clear that residents' wellbeing is a top priority. I am truly grateful to all the staff for their dedication, compassion and care for Dad.

Overall Experience

My parent has been in this facility for a number of years. Although it was a difficult decision to place my parent in care they have settled well. The staff are very caring and helpful. The facilities are clean and there are activities for the residents to undertake. I couldn't thank the staff enough for there care.

Overall Experience

My husband was in this wonderful home for few months and he settled in well and got to know the staff. His needs were met and any problems were seen to immediately. The staff were brilliant, very caring and pleasant to talk to and made you feel at home. We as a family were very upset to move him but it was too far for me to travel as I don't drive and can't always get a lift. I wish we could've taken the staff with us. The home was bright, decore pleasant and spotlessly clean. It was comforting for older people. They have regular activities for those willing to take part. Thanks to the Manager, Deputy Manager and all the staff for their hard work and taking care of my husband.
