Unfortunately, my father got infected with Covid19 in this home and subsequently passed away. There always seemed to be a shortage of staff and meetings between management and families were non-existent.

We are so grateful to all the staff for the care and dedication they have given to my father-in-law, they have gone over and above in their care. Each week the activities therapist arranges FaceTime with ourselves and my father-in-law which is so much appreciated as in these times we can’t visit....

Before the virus we always brought him a bag of goodies every other day which he looked forward too, we now bring it down once a week and are grateful the staff give it to him. Thank you can't say this enough.

I'm happy that she is being looked after well. I don't have to worry about her unlike when she was at home with carers coming in. She is warm and comfortable and safe and has activities to bring her some interest, rather than lying at home sleeping on the settee looking at the four walls.

Dad is very content here and I would happily recommend. The home manager is brilliant and another member of staff is also excellent. We are very happy with dad's care and very happy with dad's participation in the care home activities with another member of staff.
