Overall Experience 3.0 out of 5
Have a few concerns about the home since the permanent manager left in February. The stand in manager from England seems to be turning things around again after months of complete disarray. I hope when a permenant manager is appointed that they keep the same high standards as her.
Staff morale has
been poor also but again the stand-in manager has helped there too.
