Dungannon Care Home Reviews (5)

My sister-in-law has been fortunate to have found a place in this excellent care home. All the staff are so helpful and friendly, it is a happy home and that says a lot! Immaculata looks so happy and smiles whenever they talk to her. In particular, her carer who takes care of my sister-in-law does a great job and is genuinely a caring person. All of the residents are treated with dignity and empathy.
I love that trips to the seaside are organised. There is a beautiful garden in the centre of the complex which looks beautiful at the moment. The place is very clean and tidy at every visit. My overall opinion is that the residents here are fortunate to be in such a well-run and caring home.
Excellent staff who take great care of my brother. The care home is well run, staff are friendly and clearly know the residents well. The range of activities provided for my brother is excellent.
Thank you, Helen, for your wonderful feedback about our home and our team. We are pleased to hear how satisfied you are with the care and activities provided by the home. We are committed to delivering fun and entertainment into the home for all of the residents to enjoy.
My brother is blind and has many problems. He is aggressive when he doesn't get his own way but the staff are very good and know how to calm him down. The only negative this is when we ring, the staff have very limited English and we find it quite hard to make them out.
Thank you, William, for taking the time to share your experience of Dungannon Care Home. We are happy to learn your overall experience has been so positive. We appreciate your feedback and take this onboard and look forward to discussing with you on your next visit. Have a great day.
The management and staff at Dungannon provide a wonderful environment of good 'honest' care for my brother. I am kept informed at all times during my (mostly) unofficial visits. I have found the premises to be an excellent facility and home for the residents. Food, clothing, rooms and general standard of cleanliness is very high. Staff are welcoming and genuinely work towards everyone.
Thank you, John, we always appreciate individuals taking the time to give their feedback and we are very pleased to hear that your experience with Dungannon Care Home was so positive. All of our staff are committed to providing the best possible care experience for all of our residents and it is very rewarding to have their efforts recognised.
My son really likes going to the centre. He likes the staff and the food he gets. He seems to be very happy and loves going for the few days.
Thank you for sharing your experience of Dungannon Care Home. We are happy to hear it has been so positive and appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we are doing. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Have a wonderful day.
