Wonderful staff and overall great place to live.
Only complaint is that the lift has been out of order many times this year.
I live on the 4th floor and struggle to use the stairs as I have 2 slipped discs, spinal stenosis and sciatica.

Last week I had a grocery delivery which I had to carry up myself. I also have COPD and was struggling to breathe by the time I got to the 3rd floor. Council have basically fobbed me off. Isolation has exacerbated depression. Struggling to get my laundry done and empty my bins. Have been left in an extremely vulnerable position.
