All the staff and management are very caring, supportive and understanding to my Dad's needs. They give good advice, even when he's been in and out of hospital. Dad has currently lived at Rowen Croft for the past 5 years, which as his daughter I've been very satisfied with him care and support,...
All the staff and management are very caring, supportive and understanding to my Dad's needs. They give good advice, even when he's been in and out of hospital. Dad has currently lived at Rowen Croft for the past 5 years, which as his daughter I've been very satisfied with him care and support, despite Dad slowly becoming less capable and needing more care. A big thank you to everyone involved, dad is looking forward to getting back to Rowen Croft, and it's a lovely place to live. The carers are incredible, dad loves them all - but especially Maureen! I feel dad wouldn't get any more care or attention living in a full time care home then he gets at Rowen Croft, and would miss having the space of his flat.
