All the staff and management are very caring, supportive and understanding to my Dad's needs. They give good advice, even when he's been in and out of hospital. Dad has currently lived at Rowen Croft for the past 5 years, which as his daughter I've been very satisfied with him care and support, despite
Dad slowly becoming less capable and needing more care. A big thank you to everyone involved, dad is looking forward to getting back to Rowen Croft, and it's a lovely place to live. The carers are incredible, dad loves them all - but especially Maureen! I feel dad wouldn't get any more care or attention living in a full time care home then he gets at Rowen Croft, and would miss having the space of his flat.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They really have the best interests of the residents at heart. They are proactive and tell me of any issues that may be a concern to them concerning a resident. Can always pick up the phone for them.

I do not advise any person to let their parent (s) move here. There are a couple of unsavoury characters that bully old women. The management is inept at dealing with these matters and can only mediate. Look elsewhere.
The rooms are far too warm all year round, especially on the upper floors.
The
security is apt but it's some of the people inside you should worry about.

I was completely taken aback, the self-contained flat is very bright and spacious. The are staff helpful and friendly. The communal areas are clean and inviting. The lunch was very tempting. The gardens are well kept and all the residents I saw looked extremely happy.

Very spacious apartments, safe and secure, spotless the fantastic managers go above and beyond if help or advice is needed in any situation, very friendly at all times. Gardens are well kept with plenty of outdoor seating areas. Hairdressers on site with friendly manner and ultra clean, well-equipped
salon.
Bistro restaurant has, lovely staff and a good selection of menu meals served throughout the week reasonably priced and presented.


As for the care staff from Premier Care they excel in their professional care and commitment to the residents they look after, friendly and respectful with good hearts to all including the family of residents, a team of an additional family. They help my mum feel safe cared for and loved and help her laugh. They have exceeded all our expectations it would be unfair to state names but every one of you has sprinkled glitter on my mum and helped her shine. Thank you all so much.

I have been visiting this home for several months. A friend of mine has a flat on the premises. From my experience and in my opinion, I have found the care to be of a very high standard. I am an ex-nurse and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

From the moment my sister and I walked into Cedar Court Care Home, to enquire about a place for our mum, we were impressed by the facilities, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Every single member of staff that we have encountered has been professional, friendly and ultimately very caring. Unfortunately,
our mum didn't get to be a resident of Cedar Court for long as she passed away but we were so looking forward to her being cared for by the team. For an elderly person who wants to maintain independence but be surrounded by care, this is the place to be. I cannot speak highly enough of Cedar Court.

My mother has been in Holm Court for over three years and really benefited from the care, regular activities and excellent lunches provided. During December 2018 the staff organised sociable activities on every day. On Christmas Day a festive lunch and activities were organised for those residents who
were unable to be with their families. My mother was so happy to be in good company on such a special day. Many thanks to the management, care staff and chef for their extra efforts over the Christmas period.

Recently I have spent some time at Mulberry Court, Cirencester, to be with my Sister who lives there and who was taken ill. This has meant I have experienced first hand what an incredible place Mulberry Court is. The care, thoughtfulness, dedication and patience of all the Staff and Care Team is second
to none. I cannot praise or thank them enough for the way they looked after my Sister when she returned from hospital. Fortunately, she has now recovered but the dedicated care is still there and this also applies to all the other residents. Mulberry Court accommodation is first class and everywhere is immaculate while still feeling homely. There is so much to recommend about Mulberry Court, more than I can list here but what I can say is you will not find anywhere better. The Care Team, the Support Team, and the Management, all work extremely hard to make the care delivery exceptional. A truly wonderful place in every way.
