Overall Experience
Since my brother moved in he has totally come out of his shell and is happier now than I can remember for a long time, this is down to the excellent management and staff, it is a great weight off my mind knowing he is being very well looked after and would strongly recommend to anyone.

My mother moved into Lorenco House in February 2022. The staff and the facilities have consistently exceeded expectations. Lorenco House provides an excellent transition to a greater level of available care, while allowing residents to retain some independence and with opportunities for social engagement. There is a large rolling 4-weekly menu of two-course lunch options.
The staff are fantastic at all levels of the organisation: friendly, professional, caring and consistent. There are appropriate protocols for safety and security (general and Covid-related) and these are monitored consistently. Care levels are tailored to the individual and I was invited to contribute to the creation of a bespoke care plan for Mum which can be updated as required.

The roster of activities is varied and engaging and the facilities are in excellent condition. Mum feels safe, happy and cared for, which is a huge weight off my mind. I cannot recommend Lorenco House highly enough.

Overall Experience
The high quality of care that my sister is receiving has been excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. They provide kind and compassionate care especially for the manager who goes above and beyond to be helpful. I am pleased that my sister is fortunate enough to live here and I would unreservedly recommend it to anyone who needs care.

Overall Experience
We loved Lorenco House from our first visit, it is beautifully decorated and furnished. It has a 5-star hotel feel with clusters of seating, sofas/armchairs, tables, lamps, and lovely modern pictures, dotted along the corridors. The atrium gives it a feeling of space and light in the communal areas. The flat is also fresh and new with a modern fully-fitted kitchen, wet-room, underfloor heating and large window/balcony doors in the lounge and bedroom. The office staff have been super friendly, and very supportive during this difficult time with the pandemic, and my parents are slowly getting to know and understand the many carers that work so hard there. It gives us as family members peace of mind that our parents are safe and being well looked after. Thank you Lorenco House staff!

Overall Experience
I have had a positive experience in my time here so far with the staff, in particular, showing a very good level of care and detail and attention to my overall needs.
The only negative gripe would be the diversity of the foods served and the amount could be improved too. The cooking could also be vastly improved.
